Hire Rates:
First 2 hours (or part thereof): £50 minimum
Additional hours: £30 per hour
All payments must be made upfront. No refunds will be issued for early finishes or cancellations.
A deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days in advance for new customers.
Additional Charges:
Wi-Fi access: £10 per session
Hire Includes:
Use of the studio space, backdrops, lighting equipment, triggers, chairs, and benches.
Access to changing rooms and makeup area.
Select items of clothing may be available at the owner’s discretion.
Tea and coffee facilities.
Lighting and setup assistance available on request.
Hire Does Not Include:
Clothing from the studio wardrobe (unless otherwise agreed).
Photographic equipment (e.g., cameras, lenses, personal lighting).
Angel Wings (displayed or otherwise).
Props deemed unsuitable or not age-appropriate.
Computer equipment.
Important Information:
The studio will be manned throughout your session.
CCTV is in operation across the studio, except within the changing area.
Hirers must treat all equipment with respect. Any damage must be paid for.
Unprofessional behaviour may result in being asked to leave immediately, without refund.
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled session. There is usually a café open within the building if you are early.
The use of smoke machines, flares, or confetti is strictly prohibited.
The studio has natural light from one window. The room cannot be blacked out, and the blinds must not be touched or adjusted.
Additional Notes:
Hirers are responsible for their own insurance covering their equipment and activities within the studio.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
The studio accepts no responsibility for personal belongings left unattended.
