1. You the competition winner will hereinafter be called the client. Steve Lowrey Photographer will be called The Tog and Atherton Photography Studio will be referred to as the Studio.
2. The client is wholly responsible for arranging their transport to arrive at the studio in good time. Any delays over 60 minutes from the agreed meeting time will render the session cancelled without any redress.
3. The client must complete the winner’s online form to claim their prize. A date will be arranged, and the Tog will send a confirmation email.
4 Any request to change the date by the client must give 2 weeks notice.

6 The client will have the option to buy extra images without obligation. Also available are framed prints at a range of prices from £190.
7 Anything not listed here that requires attention, the photographer’s decision will be final.
